Lesson 5 of 7
In Progress

ABCD & BAT

ABCD

·  There should be symmetry between patterns.

·  Always have another level of confluence before entering.

·  At least 1H TF.

·  A to B can be any impulsive size.

·  C retracement must be between .618 and .786.

·  D – look for confluence at the Fibonacci expansion from points BC 1.27/1.618 when entering a position.
Look for 1:1 extension A so AB will be the same like CD.

·  Enter a long on point D and use point below 1.618 as a SL.

·  Target: Take a Fibo retracement and aim for .382 and .618.

BAT

·  XA can be any impulsive size.

·  B point – retracement between .382 and .5 (preferably to .5)

·  C point – retracement between .5 and .618.

·  D point – retracement to .886 of XA. For long confluence look for 1.618 – 2.618 expansion of BC
